Resellers and partners are required to comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian, United States, European Union, and international export control laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of Abrar Communications Co. products. They must obtain any necessary licenses or authorizations for export, re-export, or transfer of hardware, software, services, and technology.

Abrar Communications Co. strictly prohibits the export and re-export of its hardware, software, services, and technology to destinations, companies, or individuals subject to U.S., U.N., EU, or Saudi Arabian embargoes or trade sanctions.

Products of United States (USA) Technology

Resellers may sell Abrar Communications Co. products only to authorized end-users within the designated territory and shall not export or re-export any products (including programs, technologies, or direct products thereof) without prior written approval from Abrar Communications Co. and, where required, authorization from the relevant Saudi Arabian government authorities.

This requirement shall remain in effect beyond the termination or expiration of any agreement.
